Accountabilities
· Establish Strong Relationships: Identify and establish close liaisons with physicians (allergologists, pulmonologists), local key opinion leaders, hospital pharmacists, payers, and healthcare institutions to achieve objectives and drive product awareness.
· Effective Communication: Utilize promotional literature and marketing materials approved by the Brand Manager to effectively communicate asthma-specific value propositions and key promotional messages in line with TA.
· Territory Management: Manage the territorial budget and execute activities aligned with the territory action plan, in coordination with the Line Manager and Brand Manager; ensure awareness of planning processes and ways of working.
· Territory Coverage: Develop and maintain maximum territory coverage across designated severe asthma centers and relevant institutions to ensure our products reach potential customers.
· Professional Events: Organize local seminars, workshops, group product presentations, and mini symposia for doctors in a highly professional manner, promoting our asthma portfolio and enhancing the Company's image.
· Market Analysis: Analyze the complex market environment, sales data, access dynamics, and competitor activities to identify product opportunities and threats in the region. Provide recommendations to explore opportunities and mitigate risks across diverse stakeholders.
· Accurate Reporting: Plan and report your activities accurately and on time, meeting AZ SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) requirements to achieve KPI targets.
· Supply Management: Ensure adequate and unobstructed supply of AstraZeneca products in the Bulgarian market, collaborating with institutions and severe asthma centers as needed.
· Collaboration: Maintain regular contact with AstraZeneca colleagues to exchange important information and represent the Company's interests consistently; operate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Ethics and Compliance: Conduct all activities and responsibilities in strict compliance with high ethical standards, the Code of Ethics, supporting Policies and Standards, and Company Values.
· Patient Safety and Quality: Adhere to AstraZeneca's standards for Patient Safety and Product Quality Complaints reporting, prioritizing the well-being of patients.
· Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on asthma guidelines and principles, internal processes, and all matters related to your professional responsibilities through ongoing training, technical literature, promotional literature, and relevant documents.
Essential Skills/Experience
· Prior experience as a Key Account Manager is preferred.
· University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy or equivalent will be preferred.
· Awareness of planning processes and ways of working; strong organizational skills.
· Experience with client management and building strong stakeholder relationships.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; persuasive scientific communication.
· Personal initiative, ambition, and motivation.
· Ability to work under minimum supervision.
· Customer-oriented mindset and analytical skills.
· Fluency in English language.
· Good computer skills.
· Valid B category driving license.
