Account Manager – Industrial Water Treatment (Semiconductor Industry)

職務說明 / Summary
具備半導體或電子產業相關水處理經驗的業務經理，負責拓展並管理台灣市場的水處理解決方案業務。
The  Account Manager needs to have background in the semiconductor or electronics industry to develop and manage our industrial water treatment business in Taiwan.

主要工作內容 / Key Responsibilities

• 開發並維護半導體與電子產業客戶（晶圓廠、封測廠等）
  Develop and maintain customers in semiconductor and electronics industries (fabs, OSATs, etc.)
• 執行業務計畫，達成銷售目標
  Execute sales plans and achieve business targets

• 提供現場服務：水質檢測、問題排查、系統改善建議
  Provide on-site services: water testing, troubleshooting, and system improvement recommendations
• 提供令客戶滿意的服務，並創造差異化的附加價值

Provide customers satisfied customer services to create unique values added

• 與技術、服務團隊合作，提供解決方案
  Collaborate with technical/service teams to deliver integrated solutions
• 維護並隨時更新所有化學品庫存，避免產品斷貨。

Maintain all chemical inventories up to date so that product outage does not occur

• 能有效控管費用，並確保支出符合預算

Be able to effectively manage expenses within the allocated budget

職務需求 / Requirements

• 大學以上學歷（化學、化工、環工相關科系佳）
  University degree (preferably Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering)
• 具 5 年以上工作經驗，最好有半導體/電子產業水處理背景
  5 years of work experience, preferably in water treatment in semiconductor/electronics industry
• 具備半導體廠 UPW、冷卻水或廢水處理經驗
  Experience in ultrapure water, cooling water, or wastewater treatment
• 熟悉 ESG 與法規合規需求
  Familiarity with ESG and regulatory compliance requirements
• 自主積極，具備獨立開發業務與解決問題的能力
  Proactive and self-driven, with ability to independently develop business and solve problems
• 良好的客戶關係經營與時間管理能力
  Strong customer relationship management and time management skills
• 具有良好的英文溝通能力
  Good English communication skills
• 在銷售方面建立了成功的業績和記錄
