Key Account Executive
This role ensures consistent execution of channel sales processes, supports key strategic initiatives, and delivers actionable insights that improve decision‑making across markets and partner segments by analyzing operational data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies that boost partner productivity, engagement, and overall business impact.
Key Responsabilities
- Lead sales growth for Assurant´s products by developing strong strategic relationships with channels leaders and driving execution across assigned territories.
- Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and build data‑driven action plans with retail partners to meet or exceed commercial targets.
- Serve as the main business liaison with the retail partner, ensuring ongoing communication, alignment on priorities, and delivery of sales and activity reports.
- Strengthen the partnership with retail management at all levels and guide marketing, promotional, and point‑of‑sale initiatives to boost sales effectiveness.
- Oversee sales training initiatives, ensuring consistent capability building through store, district, and regional sessions, including train‑the‑trainer programs.
Requirements
3–7 years of commercial experience within the retail or insurance industry, driving revenue growth, optimizing channel performance, and managing key partner relationships.
Proficiency in Excel
Bachelor’s degree required,
