Job Description Summary :
Cover account / outlet Key Account by evaluating and control spending so as to achieve the fulfillment of the target 100% and support the growth of business in Accounts handled.
Job Description :
1. Program Execution & Monitoring
- Ensure all programs are executed effectively and in line with objectives
- Regularly monitor and evaluate program performance
- Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align strategies and execution
2. Budget Planning & Control
- Develop and allocate budget spending for each assigned account
- Monitor and control account spending to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Create detailed spending breakdowns to prevent over-budget situations
3. Account Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets/accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
- Respond promptly and effectively to account needs and requests
4. Communication & Coordination
- Maintain intensive and proactive communication with buyers
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts
- Ensure alignment on promotions, programs, and business objectives
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or related roles (preferably in FMCG/Retail industry)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget planning and cost control
- Proven ability to manage relationships with key clients/buyers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Willing to travel and visit outlets/accounts regularly
