Overview: 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury team in Wrocław as a Treasury Analyst. This junior-level position is ideal for recent Master’s graduates or early-career professionals with foundational experience in finance, audit, or accounting. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to corporate finance and play an active part in key treasury operations and projects across the EMEA region. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to the treasury department in daily operations and escalate issues when necessary 

  • On a daily basis ensure that the company’s bank accounts are properly funded, and the investments are optimal and well diversified 

  • Analyze financial data related to cash management, foreign exchange, risk management, and treasury services 

  • Participate in moderately complex treasury projects and assist in executing treasury programs 

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of payments and cash-related transactions 

  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and market conditions affecting treasury operations 

  • Manage bank account repository, maintain treasury master data and manage other 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field 

  • Recent Master’s graduate or early-career professional with foundational experience in finance, audit, or accounting (internships or up to 1 year of relevant experience welcome) 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal 

  • Good organizational and time management skills 

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and think creatively 

  • Knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage 

  • Understanding of liquidity management, risk management, or regulatory compliance is a plus

We offer:

The base pay range for this role is 73500 PLN to 111400 PLN annually with
additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
