As a sustainability generalist at PwC, you will utilise your skills and experience across environmental, social, governance (ESG) topics and sustainability more broadly. You will analyse client needs and provide consulting services across different areas in the sustainability lifecycle, including strategy, transformation, and reporting.

PwC Ukraine is looking for a motivated student or recent graduate to join our Sustainability services team as an Intern (part-time/full time). 

This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in ESG and sustainability field, supporting team members on a variety of projects. 

You will work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to real ESG-related business challenges, applying your academic knowledge in practice.  Key Responsibilities:

As an Junior consultant, your daily tasks may be as follows: 

  • Support team members on ESG and sustainability projects.  

  • Assist with data collection, desk research, and basic information gathering.

  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.  

  • Support ESG assessments and benchmarking activities.  

  • Assist with project coordination and organization of materials.  

  • Participate in team meetings and internal trainings.  

  • Follow internal methodologies, quality standards, and procedures. 

  • Support sustainability and nonfinancial reporting tasks under supervision. 

Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in environmental science or related-field. 

  • General understanding of ESG and sustainable development, non-financial reporting, human rights, environmental and social aspects. 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to work in a team and learn quickly. 

  • Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced English language skills.  

  • Strong skills with data collection, analytics, modelling, and visualization.  

  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
