What you’ll do:
Monitor inventory, material availability and demand signals in SAP (MRP / Logistics) to help ensure uninterrupted production.
Support the creation, update and execution monitoring of production and material plans aligned to customer demand and capacity constraints.
Analyze raw material and component availability, identify shortages or excess stock and propose corrective actions.
Assist basic capacity and workload analysis (machines, subcontracting, workforce) and escalate risks when needed.
Work closely with Customer Service to track orders, priorities and delivery status.
Support purchasing and procurement tasks including RFQs, purchase orders, delivery tracking and supplier communication.
Maintain accurate material master data and MRP parameters in SAP (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock).
Prepare and update operational reports and KPIs on material availability, plan adherence and service level.
Participate in daily operational reviews, flagging risks, deviations and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and local/international supply chain projects.
What we’re looking for
Experience or strong knowledge of ERP systems — SAP MRP / Logistics is required.
Higher education in Logistics, Production Planning, Purchasing or related field (technical education welcome).
Practical exposure to a production plant (internship, trainee role or junior position) is a strong advantage.
Analytical thinker.
Good communicator who can collaborate across teams and influence practical solutions.
Ownership mindset with high sense of responsibility.
Solid understanding of planning principles and the consequences of deviations and errors.
Proactive problem‑solving approach, creativity and initiative in daily work.
Communicative English (minimum B1).
