The Role:
As a Junior Strategist at Right Formula, you will support the development of insight-led strategies for our clients and internal teams. Working as part of the Strategy teams, you’ll contribute to a variety of projects that help shape how brands show up across events, partnerships, and activations.
You’ll gain hands-on experience turning research into ideas, supporting the creation of strategic recommendations, and helping ensure our work is grounded in audience understanding and data.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the delivery of strategy projects across growth, portfolio, and activation workstreams.
· Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.
· Help translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.
· Contribute to presentations and reports that communicate insights in an engaging and concise way.
· Work closely with senior strategists, researchers, and account teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
· Support the coordination of qualitative and quantitative research tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients through strong communication and reliability.
· Contribute to the development of basic measurement frameworks, dashboards, or performance summaries where needed.

Experience & Skills:
· Some experience in a research, strategy, analytics, or planning role - ideally within a marketing, creative, or sports marketing environment (internships and placements welcome).
· Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and simplify complex information.
· Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
· Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas clearly.
· Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable using common research or reporting tools; experience with dashboards or measurement approaches is a bonus.
· Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a willingness to learn and grow within the strategy discipline.
