Junior Specialist Vendor Master Data
Type of Employment: Temporary position until 30.04.2027.
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
To be responsible for maintenance (Supplier creation/change process) of Supplier Master data that are fundamental to business processes;
To process User requests in ticketing system by validating the correctness of incoming requests and completing Supplier Master data maintenance in the ERP system – PDI;
Complete requests for Supplier Master data in a timely, accurate manner to ensure a high quality of Master data;
Monitor Master Data quality, report discrepancies (if any) to Senior colleagues;
Collaboration with internal business stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field;
Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe and North America;
Strong eye on details;
Good communication and collaboration skills;
Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.);
Ability to learn quickly;
Precise, analytical, organized, structured with Customer oriented attitude;
Ability to work as part of Team;
Ability to perform routine tasks daily.
