We are looking for talented young professionals for the role of Junior Risk Data & Reporting Analyst to enrich Cedacri’s Risk Management team. Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities
· Ingest, cleanse, reconcile, and document risk data from multiple internal systems and contributors; maintain data lineage and quality checks.
· Build and maintain the KRI/KPI library (definitions, thresholds, owners), ensuring consistent use across functions.
· Design, publish, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and Excel models that monitor key risk metrics and trends.
· Produce recurring and ad‑hoc risk reports for the CRO, management committees, and governance bodies with clear narrative, insights, and recommended actions.
· Support Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) monitoring: limit/threshold tracking, breaches/escalations, variance and trend analysis.
· Automate repetitive reporting tasks (Power Query/DAX; light Python for data preparation) and contribute to standard operating procedures.
· Partner with IT, Operations, Finance, Compliance to close data gaps, align definitions, and follow up on remediation plans.
· Contribute to stress testing/scenario analysis and to the upkeep of methodologies, glossaries, and metadata (methodology book).

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.
· Master’s in Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
· Advanced Excel (Power Query/Pivot, functions) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, publishing, access control); basic Python (pandas) and SQL are a plus
· Foundational understanding of ERM/RAF, KRI/KPI, and risk reporting principles; curiosity to learn financial‑services and ICT‑related risks
· Strong data quality mindset, attention to detail, and ability to structure messy datasets into reliable reporting assets
· Clear data storytelling and presentation skills; ability to translate analysis into actionable messages for non‑technical stakeholders
· Collaborative mindset and effective stakeholder management across business and technology teams
· Fluency in Italian and working English for documentation and interactions
· Availability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis.
