Every collar and tower in the field needs to perform reliably, every day, in tough farm environments. As we scale quickly, it’s critical that we maintain quality and move fast when things go wrong.
As part of our Fleet Operations team, you’ll play a key role in making sure returned collars, towers, and accessories are processed, diagnosed, and understood with urgency and precision. You’ll take ownership of the full returns workflow, from intake through to hands-on debugging and detailed fault analysis, ensuring we create tight, high-quality feedback loops into engineering and operations. This role is essential to enabling Halter’s growth without scaling manufacturing, design, or quality issues alongside it.
