If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. 

In this role you’ll help restaurants, cafĂ©s, and venues get the most value from Lightspeed. Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, you’ll support product positioning, customer insights, launches, and enablement to drive adoption and growth. This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you’ll learn the fundamentals of product marketing by deeply understanding our customers, products, and competitors, and turning those insights into clear messaging and practical assets that help our teams succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and evolve product positioning and messaging for Lightspeed’s Hospitality solutions across APAC (Asia-Pacific region).
  • Research customers, markets, and competitors to understand needs, behaviours, and trends.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to shape go-to-market and launch strategies.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets that clearly communicate product value.
  • Support retention through customer communications, education, and adoption campaigns.
  • Contribute to customer-facing content for launches, updates, and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with global Product Marketing Managers to support hospitality launches beyond APAC when needed.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or customer-facing role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, hospitality or retail tech, payments, or POS is a bonus (but not needed).
  • Proven ability to craft clear, compelling messaging or educational content.
  • Exposure to product launches, customer communications, or customer insights work is preferred.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, ideally within a tech or service-led organisation.

Our hiring process is very straightforward. The whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
