Your role

As our new Junior Production Control & Logistics Analyst you will play a key role in continuous supply of finished goods to the biggest brands in the automotive market. In your daily job you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure Customer Demand Satisfaction from the order reception until the demand fulfillment using internal ordering and stock monitoring tools & ERP system.

  • Manage finished goods flow between Sils/Warehouses and production locations to ensure the continued flawless production of all customers.

  • Analyze long and short term customer schedules, validate customer order and distribute to plants.

  • Prepare coverage reports and follow supplier/allied plant performance in terms of supplying materials on a timely basis

  • Monitor inventory within defined limits and meet defined cost model. Provide month end forecast for SILS&Warehouse location and update prediction every week considering all impacts during month.

  • Aim no unclaimable obsolete at our Warehouse or SILS and prepare necessary documentation to support management for obsolete and/or premium claim.

  • Reconcile inventory on SAP with physical inventory and take necessary action to correct SAP inventory.

  • Support master data creation and book invoices based on shipments from suppliers/production plant and to customers on SAP.

  • Provide month end forecast for SILS&Warehouse location and update prediction every week considering all impacts during month.

  • Access to customer portals in order to upload, download or check data, e.g. schedules, orders for aftersales.

  • Participate in creation contingency plan periodically based on extraordinary conditions, agree with Service Center & supplier/allied plant on this plan and adjust PUS accordingly.

  • Development of automatization, improvement in internal processes using available tools & VBA.

Your background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Good Analytical Thinking & Planning Ability

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Good computer skills: Experienced in MS Office Applications, and SAP (nice to have)

  • Experience in working with large databases & process improvement

  • University Degree – Technical University and engineering background is preferred

  • Language Skills: fluent English,

  • Ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural international teams

  • Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) knowledge (nice to have)
