Job Overview:
The PR & Communications team is responsible for sharing Coursera’s story with the world, shaping public conversations on the future of education and work. Internally, the team ensures that information flows smoothly around the business, enhancing organizational alignment and employee engagement.
As Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting internal communication initiatives by maintaining and managing the day-to-day operations of our intranet, providing basic communications support to stakeholders around the business, and drafting/editing a range of content and assets. With guidance from the Manager, Internal Communications, you’ll ensure the continuous flow of information across our systems and tools, including email, instant messaging, intranet, and more, to keep Coursera’s workforce informed and engaged. You will directly impact employees' day-to-day experience with information discovery and collaboration. You’ll have an opportunity to engage closely with our APAC team, including managing the production of our All Hands events in that region. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration. This role will require working across IST and EST zones.
