We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join the team. This exciting role provides support (and reports to) NET-A-PORTER’s Chief Brand & Customer Officer, and supports the wider Marketing organization, based in the London office. Key to this dynamic role is the support and collaboration of this team, at an exciting time at NET-A-PORTER.  Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: London (4 days office based)

Reporting into: Chief Brand & Customer Officer

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Chief Brand & Customer Officer on administrative needs including diary, expenses and travel management.
  • General team support for the Marketing organisation- Marketing, PR & Events, Brand, and Content teams.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • General housekeeping, internal and administrative tasks
  • Facilitating creative sessions, pitches and presentations for the Marketing organisation.
  • Dynamically supporting the department on a range of projects, shoots, events and tasks.

  • Enthusiastic , committed, driven with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good general knowledge of the fashion industry
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well as a key member within in a team, taking on your own responsibilities 
  • The ability to use your initiative and solve problems
  • Impeccable organisational skills
  • Great time management and able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills
