A Junior Interface Analyst typically plays a supportive role for the Interface Darwin Coding Language team (DCL), focusing on delivery, troubleshooting and support of Single-Sign-on integrations, file transfers exchanges between Darwin and other parties, additional layers of security due to encryption and data translation implementations to align our clients HR systems with Darwin.
THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION
We will count on you to:
- Understand all processes and ways of working within the team and be aware of Darwin’s capabilities and limitations.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and update/fix Darwin SSO and SFTP integrations based on change requests or issues.
- Follow team standards for naming and structuring SFTPs, SSOs, and key storage.
- Assist other Darwin support teams with troubleshooting existing integrations.
- Interpret Boomi specification documents for basic data translation change requests.
- Maintain and update task statuses using tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Maintain open communication with project stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned and new Darwin features or capabilities.
What you need to have:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or similar programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Drive and determination with the ability to work in a changing, fluid organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
