We are looking for you if you:
Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance
Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in similar role
Procurement Operations knowledge/experience.
Data science and data analytics acumen.
Process improvement/continuous improvement skills
Experience working with offshore teams.
Have an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels,
Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks
Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1)
Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred

Your responsibilities:
Build and maintain useful reports (like KPIs) for procurement
Support procurement team to leverage on data to make better decisions
Work with other departments to keep procurement data accurate and reliable
Make sure supplier information is correct and up to date
Track supplier performance and look for new market opportunities
Help improve how procurement tasks are done in the back office
Prepare Change Requests and ensure business implementation for (procurement) application improvements
Information about the squad:
We are seeking a highly motivated (Junior) Information management specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will be supporting the Global Supply Chain & Information Management Team. The role will be accountable for continuous improvement by having up-to-date process documentation, (internal) guidelines, training materials, process and data quality performance insights. Additionally, the power of analytics must be used to make sure procurement teams can work with required and relevant information for data driven decision-making. This role will work closely with the Global Information management team on a global scale.
