This role is at the Indianapolis RLT facility, formerly Point Biopharma. The Indy RLT site is responsible for the commercial launch of radioligand therapies, supply of late-stage investigational products, and scale-up/optimization for phase 3 and commercial launches.

Overview
- The Commerical Planning, Associate Director is a hands-on leadership role primarily responsible for all areas of customer service, production planning, demand forecast, ensuring On-Time-Delivery performance, and timely communication with the customer.
- All planners and schedulers will report to the Commerical Planning, Associate Director.
- The Commerical Planning, Associate Director will ensure customer satisfaction and demand is met, serve as primary contact for incoming demand (sales orders, forecast, etc.), analyze data to support business plans, and manage other daily functions as required.
- Develop and maintain models to be used for Best in Class Manufacturing Production Schedules and Materials Requirements Planning processes and practices to manage production throughput and inventory valuation.
- This role reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain & Planning, serves on the site supply chain lead team and is directly responsible for the master production schedule, on time delivery performance metrics, and cross functional communication of delays, issues, and impacts.
Objectives
- Manages tactical planning activities based on MRP including work order placement and management, obtains forecast information from customer, development team, and historical usage data to determine planning parameters.
- Ensures material availability for work orders scheduled, prioritizes operations to best meet customer demand, preventative maintenance schedule, and development activities requiring production line time.
- Schedules production work orders, prioritizes, and tracks through the process, avoiding delays and material constraints.
- Identifies and leads/actively participates in productivity improvements regarding supply chain practices and production planning opportunities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact and lead for forecasting activitites, monitors customer order activity, short-term and long-term forecasts, and communicates internally with Leadership, Production Planning, Production, and Supply Chain to adjust the supply plan and planned inventory to meet required demand.
- Supports new product development planning and site strategic planning activities.
- Tracks and trends key production and supply chain metrics. Prepares reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Identifies and escalates supply chain risks related to inventory management and production activitites.
- Assists in troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions.
- Analyzes and identifies supply problems relating to applicable/appropriate part numbers and determines the potential impact of on-time delivery to customers.
- Leads, mentors, supervises and trains prodcution planners in their daily activies.
- Serves as point of escalation for any planning issues, delays, parts constraints, or resource alignment needs.
Accountabilities
- Measure and communicate team progress against individual, team and site goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Maintain Master Production Schedule for all production lines, all drug product, and all activities.
- Develop and maintain capacity models for scalability, theoretical volume exercises, and resource and equipment planning,
- Lead cross functional efforts to improve productivity and reduce delays, interruptions, and/or unplanned downtime.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS/BA - Business, management, supply chain, accounting, statistics, or similar field required.
- 7-10 years operations, buyer, planner experience in a drug manufacturing site, pharmaceutical operation or similiarly regulated GxP environment.
- Expert level proficiency with MRP/ERP systems
- Ability to plan, develop, and execute multiple projects under tight timelines with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- 2+ years managing a team of direct reports.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Experience with radioactive pharmaceuticals considered a plus.
- Experience in “Just In Time” manufacturing operations considered a plus.
- Oracle NetSuite and/or SAP S4 HANA experience preferred.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$127,500 - $187,000
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
