Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer, Proxy Communications to support the design and production of proxy statements and related shareholder communications. This role works closely with senior designers, project managers, and production teams to create accurate, visually engaging, and compliant materials for public company clients. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, deadline driven, and eager to develop expertise in financial and corporate communications design. This position operates in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment, particularly during peak proxy season. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet client timelines.
Responsibilities
Design and format proxy statements, annual reports, and related shareholder materials
Apply established brand guidelines while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met
Prepare layouts, charts, tables, and infographics for print and digital distribution
Revise documents based on client and internal feedback with speed and accuracy
Ensure consistency in typography, formatting, and visual hierarchy
Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy of design elements and alignment with source files
Collaborate with senior designers and production teams to meet tight market driven deadlines
Organize and maintain project files according to team standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
0 to 2 years of professional design experience, internship experience considered
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Strong typography and layout skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured production environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Accuracy and precision
Time management
Adaptability in a deadline driven environment
Willingness to learn complex regulatory requirements
Team oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with long document layout
Exposure to financial, legal, or regulated communications
Basic understanding of print production processes
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000.
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
