What You’ll Do

• Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.
• Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.
• Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.

💰 Competitive Pay: 9,200 RON gross/month & prorated (per worked month) :13th salary + vacation bonus.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
• Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help.
• Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
