Job Title: Junior ESG Specialist
About the Opportunity: Are you a recent graduate eager to launch your career in sustainability and ESG? We're looking for a Junior ESG Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in Environmental, Social and Governance practices within a forward‑thinking organization in the medical devices sector. What you will do:
Contribute as a project member to the organization’s preparations for the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
Engage in Group‑wide ESG discussions and collaborate with other ESG specialists across PHC Group.
Take ownership of collecting, validating and analyzing data used for sustainability reporting and performance metrics.
Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects within PHC Group.
Assist in preparing communication materials, including reports, presentations and educational content for both internal and external audiences.
Participate in team meetings, workshops and training sessions.
What you need for success:
Master’s graduate, or Bachelor’s graduate with approximately one year of experience, ideally in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or related post‑graduate studies in ESG, EHS, Sustainability or Bioeconomy.
Understanding of ESG principles and core sustainability concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with attention to detail.

Total Rewards:
The gross monthly base salary range for this position is PLN 7,500 – PLN 9,200. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 8% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
