About the Role
As a Junior Digital Designer, you will support the day‑to‑day creation of visually engaging, social‑first assets across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with senior designers and the wider creative team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives, while developing your skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a creative and detail‑driven designer with a genuine passion for digital and social media content. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, thrive in a fast‑moving environment, and be keen to learn from senior team members while contributing your own ideas. You will have a strong eye for layout, typography and imagery, and be motivated by delivering work that meets both creative and commercial objectives.
