Job Responsibilities
• Work cross-functionally to understand business needs, deliver data-driven solutions, and
synthesize analytical findings for team stakeholders.
• Represent business operations by identifying trends and areas for improvement through in-depth
analysis of large datasets and media consumption patterns.
• Execute quantitative analyses (e.g., advanced SQL and spreadsheets) to translate digital media
patterns into actionable operational insights.
• Communicate findings effectively by translating complex analytical results into simple, intuitive
presentations for the organization.
• Tech-Forward Workflow: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, LLMs) to optimize
workflows, automate repetitive coding tasks, and accelerate data synthesis.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in operations analytics or business analytics.
• Proficient in advanced SQL for complex data querying, database definition and schema design
• Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
• Proven experience in building and presenting operational dashboards.
• Deep interest in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns, and technology
business principles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas and large datasets into simple and intuitive
communications, balancing deep analytical rigor with actionable insights.
• Passion for data analytics and infrastructure.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
This is an hourly position. The base salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
