We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist to join our team in San Daniele del Friuli (Italy).
In this role, you will support our efforts to enhance commercial strategies and optimize the performance of our sales force. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales analytics, strategy, and a desire to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data using key reporting and Business Intelligence tools, including SAP Business Objects and Microsoft PowerBI.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance metrics, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
Sales Tools and Systems: Support the implementation and management of sales tools and systems to enhance sales force efficiency.
Training and Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at improving sales skills and knowledge.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for commercial initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices.
Educational and Professional Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with CRM and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and regions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Italian/English
Available to travel internationally (up to 25%)
