We are searching for a dedicated and customer‑focused Junior Client Service Specialist with German to support our B2B clients across European markets. You will be involved in order management, after‑sales support, and daily collaboration with internal stakeholders, while helping to build trusted, long‑term client relationships. This is a great opportunity to grow your client service skills within an international, collaborative, and fast‑paced organization.
About the Job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting B2B clients across European markets, building trusted, long-term relationships.
Managing orders in SAP (input/approval, backorders, invoicing, credit/debit notes), tracking deliveries for Partner Accounts, and supporting special processes for Key Accounts
Assisting clients with after-sales requests, including missing stock, lost parcels, and warranties
Adopting a service- and solution-oriented approach, while effectively collaborating with other departments to address client needs, special requests, and strategies
Contributing to process optimization, managing returns, and ensuring accurate daily data input across all systems
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Experience with SAP is an advantage
At least basic proficiency in MS Excel
A calm and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration skills, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving
Ability to clearly communicate and explain procedures and solutions to partners
Strong proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
Proficiency in an additional European language at a minimum B2 level is an advantage
