Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Category Manager with the beauty category campaign and initiatives in the GB&I market.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to uncover new opportunities and inform category plans.
Support with the execution of go-to-market plans for the beauty category, project managing the localisation of the global campaign delivery.
Briefing of cross-functional teams to deliver seamless launches - including creative agencies, education, activation and 3P and Direct commercial teams.
Support direct and 3P retail activation for global and local campaigns.
Plan and deliver category-specific activations at key retail and industry events, including Beauty Lab and internal engagement moments.
Monitor performance across beauty category GFK data, brand health and sell out vs KPIs
Share regular updates, GFK and brand health insights, and clear recommendations with local and global teams.
Collaborate with Commercial, Direct, and Marketing teams to keep Dyson ahead of market needs and expectations.
Scan the beauty landscape for trends in beauty - turning insights into new product or activation opportunities.
Gather regular feedback from consumers, retail partners, and professionals to refine category strategies.
Requirements
Relevant experience in category, product, or brand management, preferably in beauty.
Expertise in project/campaign management.
Experience in working with retailers and e-commerce partners.
Commercial acumen, including budgeting, and performance tracking.
Attention to detail: Obsessed with accuracy in messaging, performance analysis, and execution.
A keen interest in the beauty category, sharing insights with the team to influence campaigns.
Cross-functional teamwork: Influences and collaborates with teams.
Problem-solving: Tackles challenges with a logical, solution-focused mindset.
