What You’ll Do
Creative Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute concepts and tactics for IMC, digital, and social campaigns.
Creative Execution: Design aesthetic Key Visuals, digital artworks, and social assets (static & motion), whether creating from scratch or expanding on existing concepts.
Art Direction: Manage the visual quality and production process from initial concept to final delivery (including production phase), ensuring high standards at every stage. Able to present ideas and visual direction to internal teams, external partners and clients.
Collaboration: Partner with Art Directors and designers on mood boards, storyboards, and proposal decks. Liaise with internal teams to implement client feedback effectively.
Innovation: Stay competitive by adopting new design trends, cultural movements, and emerging technology (including AI tools).
What You Need
Experience: 4–5 years in a similar creative and digital agency role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
Tech Stack: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of video/motion platforms and AI design tools. Experience with 3D or UI design is a plus.
Soft Skills: Good English (written/verbal), good time management, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to grow.
