Job title: Junior AP Accountant – fixed-term (12-month assignment)

About the opportunity: Are you looking to gain your first professional experience in an expanding company within the medical devices industry? If so, Ascensia Diabetes Care offers a great opportunity to start your career in Accounting.

Location: Warsaw – Hybrid (minimum 8 days per month in the office)   

Duration: 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension     
  

What you will do: 

  • Process vendor invoices using AI tools   

  • Perform payment transactions   

  • Prepare accounting reports and assist with month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable   

  • Gain knowledge of ERP systems and support accounting/project assignments   

  • Collaborate with other departments   

  

What you need to succeed: 

  • Financial background (ongoing studies or recent graduate) is required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and fluent English are required

  • Initial experience in Accounting (internship or assistant role) is an asset

  • Basic ERP knowledge is an asset

  • Familiarity with AP/P2P processes is an asset
