Job Summary:
Supports the development, operation, and maintenance of AI and machine learning platforms used by Proctor. This role focuses on learning core AI infrastructure concepts while helping ensure AI systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and cost‑effective.
Essential Duties and Functions:
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of the AI environment
- Help monitor AI platform performance, availability, and resource usage
- Work with engineers to troubleshoot platform issues
- Support cloud‑based AI services
- Help maintain documentation
- Follow all Application Development processes and procedures
- Collaborate with the Team Lead in managing the AI workloads
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Work and support the client in an MFT Engineer role.
- Ensure all customers’ concerns are addressed.
- Follow-up with IT teams servicing problems and communicate problems and resolutions to user as well as department (s) associated with the problem.
- Directly service customer requests that are within the scope of the MFT System Engineer.
- Adhere to a set schedule.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Understand the enterprise level Secure File Transfer process and platform support.
- Understand Microsoft Windows Server administration
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise IT.
- Understanding of Managed File Transfer Tools.
- Ability to multitask and be able progress work on multiple tracks in the same day.
- Adaptable to changing environment and workload.
- Strong verbal skills to explain both technical and lay issues to peers and user community
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Basic knowledge of Linux and command‑line tools
- Work well under pressure/deadlines
- Strong dedication to professionalism
- Strong organizational skills
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
- Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day
- Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day
- Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
- Sedentary position. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
- Workers are not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
- Lifting and/or carrying (<10 lbs.)
- Manipulate small and/or large bulky objects
- Standing, reaching, kneeling, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling may be required.
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more. We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.
