Within PwC Assurance, we are looking for a colleague with an interest in culture and behavior. You are curious about what motivates people, you like to dive into underlying causes of issues and can translate your insights into concrete advice and improvement actions.
Your Role
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working to strengthen our quality-oriented culture, the Continuous Quality Improvement team (CQI). You will support strategic and practical initiatives around, e.g. behavior, leadership, and collaboration.
This specifically means that you will:
Contribute your ideas about strategies and interventions to strengthen various aspects of culture and behavior;
Support the design and execution of workshops and dialogue sessions;
Contribute to the creation and implementation of various communication initiatives;
Gradually facilitate by yourself presentations and sessions for teams and leaders;
Help make themes such as collaboration, leadership, and learning tangible in the audit practice;
Conduct research into trends and new insights in the field of organizational culture and change;
Actively contribute to the team with your fresh perspective, ideas, and positive energy.
Who you are
You are curious, analytical, and a strong communicator. You dare to ask questions, take initiative, and enjoy inspiring and motivating people.
Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:
You have completed a Master’s degree in, e.g. organizational change, psychology, business administration, philosophy, or cultural anthropology, or other relevant fields;
You are interested in organizational culture, behavior, and change and want to further develop in this area;
You are a team player and enjoys contributing to an open, safe, and eager-to-learn team culture;
You like to think strategically and at the same time enjoy working in a practical manner;
You enjoy presenting in front of groups and gain energy from it;
You are strong in building connections and maintaining relationships, as demonstrated by experience gained during your studies or work;
You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
Relevant work experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We consider your attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn most important.
