Your role

As a Junior Accountant, you will join a truly international team and play an important part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.
Your role will focus on processing and verifying accounting documents, keeping financial data clean and up to date, supporting month-end routines, and helping internal and external partners find the right answers.
What you’ll do?
Verify and enter accounting documents and transactions, ensuring accurate booking and proper approval flow.
Monitor document status, follow up on delays, and help ensure timely processing.
Manage the shared mailbox and respond to vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, and approvals.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support reconciliations and audit-related requests, helping maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Take part in projects and initiatives that improve our current processes and technology.
What do you need to be successful in the role
You should feel comfortable communicating in English and Polish, both spoken and written, as you will collaborate with colleagues and partners across different countries.
Any background in finance, economics and/or administration will be strongly preferred.
A basic working knowledge of Excel is essential for handling everyday tasks. You should also be able to analyze data, stay well-organized, and manage your responsibilities in a structured and reliable way.
