Position Title:              Junior Account Manager High Streets

Department:                 Retail Agency – High Streets Flanders

Reports To:                   Head of High Streets

Location:                       Brussels

Role Purpose:

As a Junior Negotiator, your objective is to handle Real Estate transactions from the prospection to the final signature of contracts. To fulfil this goal, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Markets and develop a true passion for this sector. You will report to and be closely coached by the Partner who is in charge of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will proactively call and visit prospective clients in order to identify potential new transactions,
• You will accompany tenants in their search for new store locations,
• You will gain understanding of our commercial and marketing strategy,
• You will work closely with the team in order to gain in-depth knowledge of existing clients,
• You will execute and follow up on existing mandates,
• You will help prepare client presentations, pitches and other documents
• You will help update internal databases with collected data.

Knowledge & Experience:

• You have a degree in Real Estate, Commercial Engineering, Economy or Law,
• You have a strong interest in the Real Estate Markets,
• You enjoy building professional relationships –internally as well as externally,
• You consider yourself to be a completer/finisher and you have strong attention to detail,
• You are perseverant, resilient and stress resistant,
• You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently,
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,
• You have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently,
• You have good written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch,
• Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality.
