Digital Media Advisory

This unique job opportunity sits in our Digital Media Advisory vertical which represents retainer-based corporate clients across technology, media, entertainment, social, and retail sectors. The group develops and executes client growth strategies, talent and media partnerships, creator strategies, deal structures, and new business opportunities.

The Role

As a Junior Account Executive, you will support a senior-led Advisory team in the management and execution of active corporate client engagements and internal initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining operational rigor across accounts, ensuring that commitments, deliverables, and communications are constantly tracked, coordinated, and completed on schedule. Team members work closely with leadership and clients, take real ownership of active initiatives, and are expected to contribute directly to how work is structured and delivered.

The ideal candidate should be motivated, a quick-thinker, a polished communicator (at all levels, internally and externally), possess impeccable organizational skills, and have the ability to multi-task under pressure.
 

Responsibilities

Interface with departments across CAA (e.g., Film, TV, Brand Consulting, Business Affairs,
Strategic Planning) to support inter-departmental coordination and execution of key strategic
initiatives.
Support day-to-day account management for Advisory clients, including tracking active
workstreams, open items, deliverables, and timelines across engagements.
Maintain department infrastructure including grids, trackers, status documents, timelines,
contact lists, and working files to ensure accurate and up-to-date visibility into client accounts and
department initiatives.
Own meeting planning and follow-through, including drafting and circulating agendas in
advance, coordinating logistics and materials, capturing action items, and ensuring next steps are
executed.
Maintain forward-looking account plans that map current initiatives, upcoming milestones, and
required actions across all stakeholders.
Develop client-facing and internal materials, including decks, presentations, briefs and
proposals.
Provide research and analytical support to help develop strategic recommendations to define
clients’ market positioning, value propositions and go-to-market messaging.
Manage the execution calendar by anticipating meetings and deliverables and proactively
preparing materials, reminders, and schedules to keep accounts on track.

 

Qualifications

1–3 + years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency, consulting, media, or corporate growth

environment.

Strong organizational, project-management, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage

multiple priorities across different stakeholders.

A self-directed, detail-oriented working style with the ability to anticipate needs and take

ownership of execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear agendas,

recaps, decks, and client-ready materials.

Ability to effectively operate in fast-paced, growing and evolving environment and multi-task and

prioritize workflows efficiently.

Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and agendas.

Confident connector with the ability to build strong relationship with clients and key agency

executives.

Interest in media, creators, digital platforms, emerging technology, traditional entertainment, and

brands.

Technical skills needed: PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Location

This role will be hybrid, located in our Los Angeles office.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $70,500 to $80,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
