JOB POSITION
The Measurement & Insights Analyst serves as the enterprise measurement owner for leadership development and learning programs, responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, learner outcomes, and long-term talent impact.
Design, build, and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports that measure learning effectiveness and leadership outcomes
Develop end-to-end measurement strategies that assess learning engagement, capability development, and downstream talent outcomes
Deliver standard and ad hoc analytics and insights to L&D leaders, HR partners, and senior stakeholders
Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of measurement outputs aligned to enterprise standards
Translate learning and talent data into executive-ready insights that inform decision-making and investment prioritization
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Enterprise Measurement Ownership: Primary ownership for all enterprise leadership development and learning programs. Design and maintain comprehensive measurement strategies aligned to learning objectives, leadership capabilities, and enterprise talent priorities and establishing consistent measurement standards, definitions, and governance across programs
Program Effectiveness & Talent Outcomes: Measure and evaluate program effectiveness and analyze connections between leadership development participation and key talent outcomes
Reporting, Insights & Storytelling: Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into learning and leadership outcomes. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for L&D leaders, HR partners, and senior stakeholders
Data Integration & Collaboration: Partner with HR, Talent, and People Analytics teams to integrate learning data with broader workforce and talent datasets. Collaborate with learning program owners and designers to embed measurement into program design and delivery
Continuous Improvement & Measurement Maturity: Identify opportunities to improve measurement approaches, data quality, and reporting efficiency. Pilot and scale new measurement methods (e.g., leading indicators, manager feedback loops, longitudinal tracking). Stay current on learning measurement and people analytics best practices and apply them pragmatically
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, psychology, education, human resources, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in measurement, analytics, learning evaluation, people analytics, HR analytics, or related discipline
Experience in designing and executing measurement strategies (not just reporting)
Familiarity with learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips) and talent metrics
Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with learning measurement and evaluation frameworks such as Kirkpatrick or Phillips preferred
Experience with learning platforms, HRIS, talent management systems, or survey tools preferred
Proficiency in reporting, visualization, and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) preferred
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in measurement, analytics, learning evaluation, people analytics, HR analytics, or related discipline
Experience in designing and executing measurement strategies (not just reporting)
Familiarity with learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips) and talent metrics
Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
