We are seeking a customer-focused Junior Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role is responsible for supporting business applications, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with end-users to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate technical issues into clear solutions, effectively triage problems, and either resolve them or escalate appropriately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications.
