We are looking for a Product Strategist to define and drive the strategic direction of a digital product, aligning business goals, customer needs, and data insights to generate measurable impact. You will be responsible for shaping product vision, identifying growth opportunities, and structuring a clear, data-informed roadmap that maximizes business impact. Acting as a strategic bridge between Business, Design, Analytics, and Technology, this role ensures that product decisions are grounded in insights, experimentation, and market intelligence. We require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, fostering a culture of discovery, continuous improvement, and innovation across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and structure a data-driven roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Translate business objectives into validated initiatives, MVPs, and experiments.
Prioritize product evolution based on customer feedback, analytics, and market trends.
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
- Influence and align Design, Analytics, Development, and Business stakeholders.
- Lead discovery processes and facilitate strategic workshops when needed.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital product strategy (web and/or mobile).
- Proven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
- Experience with experimentation, MVPs, and analytics frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking with execution capability in agile environments.
- Advanced English level (speaking).
