CI&T is looking for a Partner Development Manager to serve as the bridge between our global technology partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks) and our internal delivery, sales, and marketing teams. Unlike a traditional sales-focused role, your mission is to maximize the value of our strategic alliances from the inside out. You will be responsible for navigating partner programs, securing funding, managing certifications, and ensuring CI&T is operationally positioned to win alongside our partners across Australia, China, Singapore, and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Funding Management
- Navigate Ecosystems: Become the internal expert on partner portals (e.g., AWS APN, Microsoft Partner Center, Databricks Partner Portal)
- Funding Optimization: Identify, apply for, and track partner-incentive programs (Market Development Funds, Proof of Concept funding, and training credits) to offset costs and fuel growth
- Compliance: Ensure CI&T maintains and elevates its tier status with key partners by meeting technical and business requirements
2. Enablement & Talent Development
- Certification Roadmap: Work with Engineering and Delivery leads to track internal technical certifications and identify gaps
- Training Coordination: Organize partner-led workshops and “Lunch & Learns” to keep our APAC teams updated on the latest cloud and data product releases
3. Internal Collaboration & Marketing
- Event Support: Coordinate CI&T’s presence at major partner events (e.g., AWS re:Invent, Databricks Data+AI World Tour) across the APAC region
- Internal Advocacy: Act as the “go-to” person for CI&T account teams to understand how a specific partner can support their current client engagement
- Resource Library: Maintain an internal repository of partner-specific sales decks, case studies, and technical assets
Experience
- 5+ years in the IT/Professional Services industry, specifically in Partner Operations, Program Management, or Alliance Enablement
Ecosystem Knowledge
- Strong familiarity with the partner programs of AWS, Microsoft (Azure), or Databricks
Regional Mindset
- Ability to work across APAC time zones and cultural contexts (specifically Australia, SE Asia, and East Asia)
Operational Excellence
- Highly organized with experience managing spreadsheets, portals, and complex administrative workflows
Communication
- Fluent in English; ability to translate technical partner requirements into actionable internal tasks

- Year-over-year growth in the number of certified practitioners within CI&T APAC
- Seamless execution of joint regional events and internal enablement sessions
