[Job-25346] Senior Quality Automation Engineer

Key Accountabilities
Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to define clear testing requirements and improve feature testability.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices and testing methodologies.
Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable automation frameworks and tools.
Review automated test cases to ensure alignment with project goals and acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, providing insights on testing progress and quality metrics.
Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and testing processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge and Experience Required
Extensive experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong background in testing various web applications (B2B, B2C, e-commerce) and native mobile applications for Android and iOS, including API testing.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a QA team in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Familiarity with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields are highly preferred.
