Finance Business Analyst, JDE Application Services

Provide hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) assistance to IDEX Business Units (BUs) who use JDE as their local ERP system. This role is focused on driving and supporting the adoption of standard JDE finance processes across the IDEX JDE install base.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development, communication and roll-out of standard JDE finance processes to IDEX business units
• Partner with local BU to provide on-boarding JDE guidance for new finance team hires
• Provide end user training on JDE finance functions
• Support the development of end user training documentation
• Enable Finance Automation
  • Automate standard processes
  • Eliminate non-value added manual processes
  • streamline JDE data flows to other IDEX tools and systems (webi, OneStream, Power BI)
• Optimize the use of JDE at a BU, either by deploying new JDE functionality, or by writing a functional specification for an enhancement to solve a BU-specific issue
• Provide day to day JDE application finance support to IDEX BU’s, as managed through a ticketing system
• Interface with IDEX Finance leadership to scope and prioritize projects

Required Skills:

• Recent, relevant, hands-on experience as a JDE implementation financials consultant or systems analyst
• Functional JDE application knowledge of the finance related modules (General Accounting/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Fixed Assets)
• Ability to learn new 3rd party packages
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient working knowledge using Power BI, MS Excel formulas and pivot tables for data analysis 

Education:

BS degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)

Prior Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience working with JDE applications as a finance consultant or system analyst
• 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and heavily matrixed organizations

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $88,200.00 - $132,200.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
