Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning Responsibilities:
Perform daily industrial and facility cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, production areas, and common spaces.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers as required.
Handle and properly dispose of trash, recyclables, and industrial waste according to site procedures.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervision.
Follow all site-specific safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
Mailroom Services Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to designated departments or individuals.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including labeling, metering, and courier coordination.
Track and log deliveries, certified mail, and packages as required.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the mailroom area.
Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and label printers.
Provide basic customer service support related to mail and package inquiries.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance and positive working relationship with clients, coworkers, and site leadership.
Adhere to C&W Services policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Support additional workplace services or cleaning tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
Basic communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in janitorial, industrial cleaning, facilities, or mailroom operations.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Basic computer skills for package tracking or logging.
Experience working in an industrial, warehouse, or corporate facility environment.
