Role Details

We are seeking a Security Analyst to support the university’s information security initiatives, focusing on developing a deeper understanding of policies, compliance, and security best practices.

Working closely with the broader cybersecurity and governance teams, this role is designed for someone eager to grow into the position, with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.  You will assist in fostering a secure and compliant environment for the Regent’s community and your contributions will help strengthen both academic and administrative operations, ensuring continuous improvement in the university's cybersecurity posture.

To be successful, you should have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including incident response, threat intelligence and security policy development.  You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships and liaise with a variety of different stakeholders. You will also be able to draft clear, actionable cybersecurity messaging and oversee cybersecurity training initiatives. 

Interviews will likely be held w/c 15 December.
