The Role

As an ITIL Process Specialist at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and governing IT service management processes that enable efficient and reliable operations. In this role, you ensure that ITIL processes are effectively designed, adopted, and continuously improved to support business‑critical services.

You will act as a process and delivery leader, working closely with operational teams and stakeholders to standardize execution, drive operational discipline, and promote best practices aligned with ITIL frameworks. Your leadership and experience will directly contribute to service quality, operational maturity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, document, and maintain ITIL-based operational processes to support stable and efficient service delivery.

  • Lead and coordinate multiple ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Continuous Improvement).

  • Provide team leadership, guiding operational teams on process execution, adherence, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor process performance, identify gaps, and drive optimization initiatives aligned with operational objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of ITIL processes and governance standards.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or process governance roles.

  • Proven experience working with multiple ITIL processes in enterprise or large‑scale operational environments.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team coordination, guidance, or people management.

  • Strong understanding of operational process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.

  • Intermediate English proficiency, required for documentation and collaboration with global teams.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • ITIL certification (ITIL v3 or ITIL 4) or formal training in IT Service Management frameworks.

  • Experience working in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments with multiple operational stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting or governing global or multi‑geography IT operations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence adoption of processes across technical and non‑technical teams.

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms) used to support ITIL process execution and reporting.
