Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Manage installation, maintenance, and updates of hardware and software systems.
Maintain virtual servers, barcode scanners, and VoIP phone systems.
Oversee hardware and software asset tracking and lifecycle management.
Respond to service desk incidents and perform first-line troubleshooting.
Associate degree in IT or related field; Bachelor’s preferred
Minimum 2 years in Help Desk or IT support roles
Experience in manufacturing environments
Proficient in Windows 10 and Server 2016
Skilled in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Familiar with VMware vSphere and ESXi
Strong networking knowledge (IP, subnets, VLANs)
Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable with physical tasks including climbing, cabling, equipment installs, and light to medium lifting in a manufacturing office environment; regular presence in the plant required
