Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Define and configure data models, attributes, relationships, and taxonomies for products, services, bundles, promotions, and other catalog entities.
Ensure compliance with TMF standards (e.g., SID, eTOM, Open APIs) for product and service modeling.
Collaborate with product managers, solution architects,, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
Support integration of product configuration with CRM, billing, and order management systems.
Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
Document processes, configurations, and system changes for audit and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role in telecom or digital services.
Hands-on experience in product configuration and catalog management systems.
Strong understanding of TMF standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs).
Familiarity with BSS/OSS systems and service orchestration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TMF Open API implementation.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
