Job Description:
This role focuses on owning and improving business-critical applications used in day-to-day Finance operations.
We are looking for a Software Developer with strong Power Platform experience to support and evolve internal systems. These are high-usage systems where accuracy, stability, and performance directly impact business operations.
You will work closely with existing applications; understanding how they are built, diagnosing issues, and delivering improvements over time. This is a hands-on role focused on system ownership, debugging, and continuous enhancement, rather than building from scratch.

• Own and enhance applications built on Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
• Work deeply with existing systems; debugging issues, implementing enhancements, and continuously improving reliability.
• Manage and optimize MS SQL / relational databases to maintain data integrity and system performance.
• Support backend/web components (ASP.NET / Python) where needed to enable system improvements.
• Take ownership of support tickets and deliver solutions within defined timelines, minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system continuity, proper documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• At least 3 years of development experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Power Platform.
• Comfortable working on existing systems (maintenance, debugging, enhancements); not just greenfield builds.
• Solid foundation in coding and database concepts.
• Able to learn systems quickly and become independently productive within a short ramp-up period.
• Structured, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to ASP.NET / Python or AI tools is a plus.
