Te Tūranga – About the role  

We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to support our Supply Chain DC Replenishment team. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and systems, focusing on maintaining and enhancing data models and analytics processes, supporting decision-making, and translating operational processes into scalable analytical solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable insights and drive continuous improvement across supply chain and FMCG operations.

 

Structured onboarding and coaching will be provided to help you build a strong understanding of our data models, systems, and processes.

He kōrero mōu - About you     

You’ll likely have a degree in a technical discipline such as Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Statistics, and a hybrid background across data, systems, and business is highly desirable.

You can quickly understand business processes and context, and you communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.

You bring around 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, visualisation, or business analytics, along with strong capability in data wrangling and data modelling.

Proven experience with Power BI (or similar data modelling and visualisation tools) is essential, and you’re confident in Excel and a querying language such as SQL, with exposure to at least one programming language (for example Python or R).

Experience in FMCG and/or supply chain, as well as ERP systems such as SAP, is advantageous, and any exposure to cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, Snowflake, or AWS is a bonus. Above all, you’re detail-oriented, learn quickly, and manage your time effectively.
