Job Summary: Proven skilled customer‑focused Onsite IT Support Technician with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in delivering excellent end‑user support.
Essential Responsibilities:
End‑User Support
Provide onsite technical assistance for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and hardware failures
Technical support on RF scanners, label and network printers.
Support end users with software installations, configuration, and general IT inquiries
Microsoft Infrastructure Support
Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, groups, and permissions
Support Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management tasks
Assist with Intune Company Portal device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment
Perform basic administration of Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, distribution lists, and policies
Networking & Systems
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP)
Collaborate with network teams to escalate and resolve connectivity problems
Support VPN access and remote connectivity tools
Hardware & Peripheral Support
Diagnose and repair issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and other office equipment
Perform hardware upgrades, imaging, and device lifecycle management
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with asset tracking
Minimum Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk technician role
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
Hands‑on experience supporting hardware (printers, laptops, desktops)
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills (but not required)
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Basic PowerShell knowledge
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
