Job Summary: Proven skilled customer‑focused Onsite IT Support Technician with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in delivering excellent end‑user support. 

 

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

End‑User Support 

  • Provide onsite technical assistance for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and hardware failures 

  • Technical support on RF scanners, label and network printers. 

  • Support end users with software installations, configuration, and general IT inquiries 

 

Microsoft Infrastructure Support 

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, groups, and permissions 

  • Support Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management tasks 

  • Assist with Intune Company Portal device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment 

  • Perform basic administration of Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, distribution lists, and policies 

 

Networking & Systems 

  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP) 

  • Collaborate with network teams to escalate and resolve connectivity problems 

  • Support VPN access and remote connectivity tools 

 

Hardware & Peripheral Support 

  • Diagnose and repair issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and other office equipment 

  • Perform hardware upgrades, imaging, and device lifecycle management 

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with asset tracking 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk technician role 

  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 administration 

  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting 

  • Hands‑on experience supporting hardware (printers, laptops, desktops) 

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 

Preferred Skills (but not required) 

  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) 

  • Basic PowerShell knowledge 

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
