Job Summary:

The Technology Service Operations (TSO) covers Services Management processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, Production Account Management, Identify Governance and Administration. Candidate has relevant knowledge in these disciplines is an advantage.
Candidate should have a customer service mind-set to drive process improvement, push for operational efficiency and value.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily IT Service Management operations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management; assist with incident response and stakeholder communication; and help with root cause analysis and problem resolution to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in ensuring proper implementation and control of production changes according to policies, standards and procedures.
  • Carry out daily operational tasks on IT Service Management, Production Account activities, and Identity Governance and Administration.
  • Help maintain an inventory of privileged accounts and ensure proper use of these accounts with the aid of leading Privileged Identity Management (PIM) tools.
  • Carry out on-site work during some weekends to assist IT teams on production change related activities.
  • Help maintain and update the IT asset inventory.
  • Contribute to automating and streamlining daily BAU activities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in IT service management implementation from the process perspective.
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China offices may be required to support cross-location IT operations and service management activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT-related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT service management or IT operations, including incident and problem management, change management, identity and access management, and asset inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes such as change management, asset management, configuration management, incident management, and problem management; ITIL certification is an advantage.
  • Exposure to leading ITSM / IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk) is a plus.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with good documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
