Technical Skills and Requirements:
- Have a successful track of managing IAM engineering operations with proven history of designing and developing IAM projects.
- A solid understanding of IAM concepts and principles
- Knowledge of key IAM standards
- Knowledge on Active Directory and Zero Trust access architectural principles
- Through knowledge of identity administration across different Operating Systems (e.g. Linux, AIX, Windows, etc.), Data bases (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.), and Applications
- Proficiency in technical report writing and presentation
- Processing big data using tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI
Work Experience
- A minimum of 3 years working experience within the IAM domain
- Proven track record of IAM operations, its service delivery and understanding of business processes related to IT change management.
- Experience and exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) principles
- Experience with IAM principles
- Experience in Programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript and SQL)
- Experience in APIs within the IAM context
What you will need:
- Qualifications in the following fields of study (Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology/Science, and Software Development) will be advantageous
- Accreditations in one or more of these will be advantageous (Security+, MCSA, Network+ etc.)
- SailPoint, Savyint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar product certifications or hands-on experience
- 3- 5 years' experience in a similar role
