IT Sales Specialist (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential new customers in the IT outsourcing market mainly with Japanese speaking customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the project team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Lead the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers during project implementation.
  • Manage and oversee contract execution and compliance.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of information technology and industry trends.
  • Contribute to building a strong and dynamic sales team by mentoring and supporting team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the IT outsourcing field, with roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Manager.
  • N1/N2 or equivalent ability in Japanese communication (Japanese company experience is preferable)
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales achievements.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales and commission targets.
